You might be surprised that HUMIRA was able to use their branded pink color for the “Learn more” button. Typically, pharma banner ad regulations and best practices dictate that none of the branded colors may be used. In this case, however, we suspect that HUMIRA leveraged the fact that competitors are utilizing shades of pink—therefore, this ad does not uniquely identify HUMIRA. Very clever!
